Anyboy can become angry – that is easy; but toi be angry with the right person, and to the right degree, and at the right time, and for the right purpose and in the right way – that is not within everybody’s powerand is not easy. (Aristotel, 384-322 B.C.). The cognitive behavioural therapy approach explains how stimuli may cause anger via a series of information processing biases.
