Fees and Insurance

If you decide to go ahead with therapy, you will first be invited to attend an initial assessment session. This is a structured conversation in which we explore the difficulties you are facing, agree your goals, and develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. Assessments last one hour. Subsequent psychotherapy sessions last 50 minutes.

Our fees reflect our doctorate-level clinical training, specialist expertise, and over twenty years of experience. Payment is taken on the day of each session by bank transfer or card.

If you hold private medical insurance, please contact your insurer before your first session to obtain pre-authorisation. During your initial appointment we will support you with any paperwork required and assist where possible in helping you access the benefits you are entitled to.

Please note that responsibility for full payment of fees rests with you rather than your insurance company. We recommend you confirm directly with your insurer what mental health services and session limits your policy covers before treatment begins.
